We apply a model based on a 23% commission

👉 We collect the rental income, deduct our commission, then return the net income to the owner. Booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) charge their own fees (commission + tourist tax) which are added to the posted price.


👉 Cleaning fees are paid by travelers. We then re-invoice them to our cleaning partners. We also provide maintenance for your property (e.g. bulb replacement, minor repairs, etc.)


👉 These services are billed back to the owner at actual cost. Our system is based on dynamic pricing, adjusted in real time using our professional tools.
